  • Copypaste Pro For Mac
    카테고리 없음 2020. 3. 25. 16:11

Time machine for the clipboard. The first and most popular multiple clipboard utility to display, archive and edit clipbords. See and edit any clip in your history of copies or in the more permanent clip archives. Save multiple clipboards through restarts. Increibly useful, time saver, life saver for all Mac users. The best clipboard app. Video Review by MacUpdate Installtion on Mac OS 10.14, Mojave CopyPaste – Installation, Clip History and Clip Archive CopyPaste – Clip Browser and Clip Palette CopyPaste – Tools Reviews “CopyPaste Pro just sits in the background, waiting to be used, faithfully collecting and storing whatever you’ve copied or cut, ready to paste the items wherever you want. Despite the lengthy list of power features, the basics are enough to get you started and it’s easy to setup and use.

Someone called CopyPaste Pro Time Machine for your clipboard. While it doesn’t look like Time Machine, it captures and stores pretty much anything you can copy on your Mac and makes it available any time in the future to be pasted.” – Jack D. Miller, Mac360 12/5/14 “The improvement in speed when you have repetitive edits to do is amazing.

This is definitively a power tool for the power user and gets a Gearhead rating of 5 out of 5.” – Mark Gibbs, NetworkWorld 6/17/14 Take a look at one of my favorite Mac utilities. It’s called CopyPaste Pro. It’s a multiple clipboard manager. That means anything you cut or copy gets stored in a library so it can be pasted again later without having to find it and copy it again. That is a huge time saver. – Tera Thomas O’Brien, TeraTalks, 5/16/14 When it comes to my Mac, most of the preaching you’d hear has to do with backups and a handful of essential Mac utilities; those little tools that do better than what Apple builds in to OS X. Here’s one of the best. It’ll make you more efficient, accurate, and productive, which will, in turn, make you a nicer person.

    – Jack Miller, Mac360 1/8/14 “If You Could Only Have One Productivity Tool For Your Mac Then Choose CopyPaste Pro” – Jack Miller, Mac360 9/13/12 “CopyPaste Pro is probably the most useful tool that you never knew you needed. Its indispensable features truly enhance the productivity of your day-to-day work.” – Ben Harvell, MacLife 6/17/11 – CopyPaste Pro the best clipboard app for the Mac. AppStorm Review 7/4/11 – James Cull 9 out of 10 “CopyPaste Pro is an example of a very flexible application because, unlike other productivity applications, it has so many different uses. The developers have improved on such a basic computer function and the results are genius.

The developer of CopyPaste Pro, Plum Amazing, seems to demonstrate this in its other programs – taking simple system programs and pumping them full of oomph and extra features. CopyPaste Pro has really helped me save time and it is a joy to use – simplistic and feature-rich. Some people may think, however, that the retail price of $30 for the program is a little too much to spend on just a simple utility but you’ll discover that once you get it, you’ll wonder how you ever did without it.” “There is not a day goes by that I do not make use of Copy Paste. Thanks again for a superb utility.” – Robert Towers. 3.5 2013-12-03. New 'Word Count and Frequency' tool.

Drag and drop between the palettes fixed. Archive clips get saved immediately to prevent data loss in a crash. CopyPaste is now signed. Yay, finally! Apples latest securithy was a bear to figure out but its now done.

That means it will no longer on first opening say 'Do you want to open this application by an unknown developer'. Now we will be back to working on updates and improving CopyPaste. Thanks for everyone's patience. Compiled and optimized with the latest Xcode 5. 3.3 2012-02-27. New New icon New New splash screen Mod When you click on an empty Archive Palette, now the drawer window opens and allows to select a different Archive.

Updated Compiled with the latest xcode. Many improvements and optimizations. Changes in the manual.

    Copypaste Pro For Mac

New A couple new buttons in the preferences that show in the Finder the prefs and other files Copypaste uses. Updated Included the latest version of Bean (the word processor in Copypaste). Thanks to James Hoover Bean's creator. 3.0 2011-02-15.

Add Another major update for CopyPaste Pro owners FREE. Add New clip format. Add A search thru clips feature for the History and Archives. Find anything in any clip. Add Added Clip Revolver feature. This feature existed in a much older version of CopyPaste.

Users requested it so we implemented it again. This is how it works: turn Clip Revolver on in the preferences and then command-option-v pastes and empties the last clipboard. This can be set in the preferences. Add A copy of the last used clip either copied or pasted can be at the top of the History stack, so you can paste it again and again. This can be set in the preferences. Mod The preview drawer has a new button menu which shows all of the different data types in a clipboard.

If you select any of the data types, the data of this type is used to create a new clip on top of the history. Provided for information only. Fix Enhanced extracting of e-mail addresses from clips. 2.0.8 2009-05-25.

Add you can enter the separating string for the 'Paste all Clips in History/Archive' Add the ^d or ^t macro is used to insert date or time into the separating string. Fix flashing Edit menu could happen under a weird circumstances. Now fixed Fix drag and drop under Cocoa requires having each possible data type separately registered with the system. Some graphic types did not work for drag and drop in the Archive and the History palettes because they were not registered. Now (with this version) there are more than 100 different data types registered for drag and drop.

Add The URL Shortener tool has a menu in the preferences (General) to choose from 5 different internet services to use for shortening URLs. 2.0.7 2009-04-14. New shorten URLs from the tools menu. An internet connection is required. There are several services available that shorten URLs. We used We could use others. Try it out let us know what you think.

Select some long URL like those for YouTube videos, hit the shorten URL tool to make it less then 20 characters. The address ' is shortened to ' This kind of thing is very handy for Twitter. More uses are in the manual. Fix a variety of minor bugs and cosmetic changes. Mod Bean with Danish localization added.

Turning off the Clip Browser hotkey gives two advantages: 1. You can repeatedly paste the main clip again and again without releasing the command key 2. A simple command-v pastes the first clip in the history while a command-v-v pastes the laste used clip. (Try it, paste command-v-2 and then command-v-v which will paste the clip #2 from the Archive again. Just command-v and release pastes the first clip in the history.) Mod newest version of Bean used. Mod the best version yet of CopyPaste. 1.0.5 2008-05-28. If you have never used copypaste pro then it is essential to look at the manual which is here: Mod Now, If you delete all clips in an Archive or the History and restart the sample clips do not reappear. They only reappear if the folder structure for the Archives or the History does not exist anymore, which can only happen if you delete them manually.

Mod If you 'archive all clips in History' the process does not simply stop after 43 clips (the max amount for an Archive) but instead a new Archive with an number increment is added to store the next bunch of clips. Mod Additionally to the 'Lock this Clip' function in the contextual menu on an Archive clip you can lock or unlock all clips in the Archive by the 'Lock All Clips' function in the contextual menu from the background of the Clip Browser. 1.0.3 2008-05-25. If you have never used copypaste pro then it is essential to look at the manual which is here: New Spanish localization is implemented but currently links to the English manual. Fix crash caused by the contextual menu plugin in Safari and Mail Fix crash when the Clip Browser was turned to Clip Archive and a normal copy was done (was a new bug in 1.0.2) Fix the lock clipboard feature now works correctly. Fix the application menu which appears only if the preferences option to show Dock icon and menu is checked works.

1.0.2 2008-05-21. If you have never used copypaste pro then it is essential to look at the manual which is here: New French localization and manual added New French, German, Spanisch, Danish localization added to Bean. New The clip history has a new contextual menu command to revert the order of the clips in the History New The CopyPaste menu has a new command in the Clip History menu to revert the order of the clips in the History New The Clips in the Clip Archive (not in History!) provide a 'lock clip' command to prevent a clip from being deleted or replaced. A locked clip provides an 'unlock clip' command. New The preferences has a new option to set the key command to show the Clip Browser on doube V.

If this is checked you can hit command double-V to locate the Clip Browser with the first Clip selected (without delay). If not checked a simple command v shows the browser (after delay), and the second V selects the second clip. New The selection of the next clip with the repeated v now works even if the Browser still 'hangs' in the fade-in delay. Prior to this version the second v was only evaluated when the Browser was already visible.

Fix KeyCue compatibility, the KeyCue HUD window did not show up when CopyPaste displayed the Clip Browser. Fixed but requires a update to. Fix Contextual menu the last items in the clip tools now work, they did not before because of a sad programmers error.

Fix Problem in some program specially Excel which copies cells twice is fixed Fix Problem that after an unsuccessful copy by keyboard, the next copy did not get through into the Clip History. Mod You can escape from the Browser called by keyboard without pasting if you type the c key.

This also starts turning the browser, but if you release all keys the turning is interrupted and the pasting as well. We cannot use esc key for this, because it calls Front Row. All other keys are either used as hotkeys for the Archive or not practical.

So try the c key to abort pasting. 1.0.1 2008-05-11. If you have never used copypaste pro then it is essential to look at the manual which is here: Mod by request the date to purchase for $20 has been extended till may 31st to allow users a full month of testing. Starting in june it goes up to $30.

Add contextual menu can now be installed and removed from the prefs window. Add open the browser with option key makes it stay open (sticky). Add flipping the browser with option key makes it stay open (sticky). Mod bean (clip editor) has been updated to version 1.2. Mod check updates is a check box in the prefs. It is on by default.

Sparkle then checks once a week from the background. Mod the minimum number of clips is 2 for a really short history. Mod a dialog now appears after 30 days it reminds the user to purchase at shutdown. Mod browser location remembered thru restarts. Fix the login settings are now correctly reflected in respect to the running version of copypaste so if you launch copypaste from some other place, it will show the login setting unchecked.

Fix incompatibility with popchar and with typinator is fixed. Fix the vanishing menus when somebody really crazy set the number of clips to zero is fixed Fix archive a clip and set a new hot key for a clip no longer freezes copypaste Fix 'Open selection in Editor' always opened consecutive copies by menu in the Editor due to a flag that was not reset. 1.0 2008-05-04. First public 1.0 version released. If you have never used copypaste pro then it is essential to look at the manual which is here: Add a new preference item to disable flip and genie animation in the animation tab. A good idea on slower macs.

Add a new preference item that when on stores every drag and drop with other copies in the history. This is a unique feature to copypaste. Click and drag any picture out of safari then check the clip history to see it in action. Add for first time users there are now dummy clips in the history and the archive. These are used as examples for when a user first uses copypaste pro. Mod changed the quick-preferences menu which drops down from the floating icon on a contextual menu click or when you keep the mouse pressed on it (do not drag, this stops the menu!) Mod there is a delay of 1/3 second introduced in the browser behavior when opened from the icon which allows to quickly pass through the window without closing it. And which allows to drag it around without closing it when you move the mouse outside the browser window within the 1/3 sec.

Bug saving the clips which caused unpredictable results when single clips were deleted. Bug a drag to the browser bug is fixed. 1.0 b15 2008-04-18.

the latest Bean sources are adapted to the CopyPaste requirements and the new Bean is in the bundle. It is as usual necessary to delete all other versions of Bean, including those in older CopyPaste versions (don't keep old versions of copypaste around), which the Finder will not show in search results. Also to work perfectly CopyPaste should be installed into the applications folder. this one implements a new 'lost password' button in the preferences, - the CopyPaste menu from the floating icon now works correctly - the Make Sticky command from the contextual menu on the background of the browser works - the delay for Quick Copy is adjustable (pieter's not peter's idea) - bug fixes.

1.0 b14 2008-04-15. can now open the browser using the small clipboard icon. a click on the small clipboard icon now turns the browser.

click and hold (or ctrl-click) on the small clipboard icon shows the copypaste menu these three all work if the small clipboard icon is showing and that is controlled in the preferences. quick copy function (from the old copypaste) can now be enabled in the preferences.

Select something and hold the mouse button for one second and it copies. Click somewhere and hold the button for one second and it pastes. 1.0 b13 2008-04-03. a new button in the preferences allows to import clipsets from copypaste-x (note that if you have existing copypaste-pro archives with the same name, this command will effectively replace clips in these archives.) make sure to back up any old copypaste archives before using this. the floating clipboard icon (if on in the preferences) smartly hides itself if dvd player, vlc, eyetv is in front. the preferences now stores the users e-mail and password and compares them at launch time. This makes it necessary to enter the registration information again.

Exterminator@work still works but will expire soon. a new contextual menu which avoids crashes when copypaste is not running. This installs itself automatically, but you should quit mail and safari and start them again. The reason is that the system always makes a copy of all contextual menu plugins in memory for each running program.

Therefore even if you install a new contextual menu plugin, the old one is used as long as you do not restart every program. Thats the reason why you sometimes have to restart the whole computer.

other bug fixes. 1.0 b9 2008-02-20. You can copy directly to the archive from the menubar-menu. Highlight some text then you select an existing slot, the clip goes there.

If you let go on the 'Copy to Archive.' Parent menu item, you add the clip with the next free hotkey to the Archive. To set a different hotkey for that archive you have to either use the keyboard command-c-# or you can later changed any assigned hotkey from the Clip Browser. If you activate the 'show browser on command mouse at screen edge' you get the browser with archive view from the RIGHT side and from the LEFT side you get the browser in history view.

Its a fast way to view the clips. The command-c to return from archive to history and vice versa is still working - The e-mail comment now breaks the line after 80 characters ( less if the word boundary is later) - You can edit each clip by holding the command key and going to the menu of history items and selecting it. Doing that will open the clip in Bean This also works in the contextual menu.

You can reverse the preferences setting to paste without styles on the fly by pressing the option key and choosing the paste from the menu. That means if you normally paste text with styles and you press the option key, it pastes plain text without styles. This works in the contextual menu as well. One remark indicated the little triangle is hard to hit in the browser.

It is not necessary to hit the triangle if you use the right mouse button, (or two-finger-on-trackpad click). The triangle is there for those who do not know how to locate the menu with right mouse click.

One new tool is 'Open selection in Editor' - One new tool is 'Send selection in Mail' - One new tool is 'Open selection as URL' - The installer for the contextual menu now removes the old CopyPaste-X plugin along with the previous pro plugin. Make sure to install the new contextual menu plugin. The contextual menu plugin is updated as well and has to be replaced to be compatible with the changes above. 1.0 b8 2008-02-14. bean (the clip editor) is built in.

Open via the clip browser. Older versions of Bean and CopyPastePro have to be removed from the Applications folder 2. CopyPaste has to be copied into the Applications folder 3. You have to restart the system (or log out&in) to notify the system of Bean inside CopyPaste. the clip browser is off by default and can be turned on in the prefs.

speedup in all functions. M a n u a l it has not been updated yet for this new version. It will be as soon this week after we get this beta out. Anyone (any beta tester) who enjoys working on manuals is welcome to join me in updating and improving it. B u g s in the last version there was a certain delay when using the clip archives with command-# key-combo which caused pasting wrong clips. This should be fixed. The clip archives did not work at all on overwriting existing slots.

    Copypaste pro for mac

This is fixed b e a n (the word processor) bean now is integrated into copypaste (the application bundle), which is a good thing, but (important) you have to take care of three things: 1. Older versions of bean and copypastepro have to be removed from the applications folder 2.

Copypaste has to be copied into the applications folder 3. You have to restart the system (or log out&in) to notify the system of bean inside copypaste.

Until you do these three things, you have no clipboard editing feature using the built in bean. P r e f e r e n c e s the preferences have been cleaned up quite a bit and the defaults set to be least confusing. The 'launch at login' now is a checkbox and it simply reflects the system setting and acts on it, which means you see whether.any. copypaste version is registered for start at login. If you disable and then enable the checkbox, you can make sure that the current version of copypastepro is registered to start at login. If you later use the system preferences to unregister copypastepro, the checkbox will reflect that correctly and will not try to re-register copypastepro.

That was one misbehavior in copypaste-x. Also there is a new setting for opening the browser on command-mouse-move-to-screen-edge. This is off by default. The behavior has changed a little, so that you first have to hold down the command-key and then move the mouse. It was quite disturbing to have the mouse at the screen edge and get the browser when you wanted to use the command key for other functions. The behavior now should be satisfying. A u t o m a t i c u p d a t e s the update mechanism has changed before it worked but put up a status window that sometimes would be behind other windows and need to be dismissed unfortunately leaving copypaste menus all grayed out and people wondering how to quit copypaste.

1.0 b7 2007-12-12. new technique to access the horizontal browser.

Hold the command key and move the cursor all the way to the right or left of the window. new tool in the clip browser contextual menu to send a clip via mail. many fixes. removed the vertical clip browser (it will return in a different form). check updates menu and code added (is not setup to work yet). bean editor added for editing and saving back clips (history or archives) - display clips in the browser as RTF which means styles and colors are included. horizontal browser now works better and faster with even 50 or more clips in the history.

    registration added. many other things.

CopyPaste Pro is like Time Machine for your Clipboard! The latest incarnation of the one and only, award-winning, easy-to-use, multiple-clipboard-editing, archive and display utility. See and edit any clip in your history of copies or in the more permanent clip archives. Use the new Clip Browser (horizontal) or Clip Palette (vertical) to see all clipboards in an instant. Save all clipboards through restarts. Tools to act on clipboard data. Never lose a clip again.

CopyPaste is a time saver/life saver for all Mac beginners through advanced users. If you have never tried it, now is the time, it operates invisibly in the background remembering your copies and allows you see a Clip History of clips going back in time or to keep clips permanently in the Clip Archive.

Try it and find out for yourself why its so popular. Features:. Multiple (unlimited depending on memory) clipboards available by hotkey, menu, contextual menu, clip palette and clip browser. Save all clipboards thru restarts. Never lose an edit again. This alone is a savior. Clip History maintains a stack of cuts or copies and even drags.

Clip Editor allows immediate editing of any clip. Clip Archives to keep available info you use repeatedly. The Clip Browser allows vertically viewing all clips and their contents.

Particularly good for pictures. The Clip Palettes allow horizontal viewing and access to all clips. Particularly good for text. New 'Word Count and Frequency' tool. Drag and drop between the palettes fixed. Archive clips get saved immediately to prevent data loss in a crash. CopyPaste is now signed.

Yay, finally! Apples latest security was a bear to figure out but its now done. That means it will no longer on first opening say 'Do you want to open this application by an unknown developer'.

Now we will be back to working on updates and improving CopyPaste. Thanks for everyone's patience.

Compiled and optimized with the latest Xcode 5.
